Santé One to One Coaching
If you are looking for something even more bespoke, I can offer one to one gym or zoom based sessions, depending on what would be more suitable for your individual circumstances. After your initial online consultation we will set specific and realistic targets to reach your goal. You will be provided with a training plan that you will work on solo and in your one to one sessions. You will be provided with a nutrition guide ebook and we will create a nutrition plan together with that not only fulfills your goals, but compliments your lifestyle.
You will have 24/7 access to the private Santé Fitness Facebook group where members share recipes and progress updates. I will post regular updates and helpful advice to encourage you on your journey. You will also have weekly check-ins with me; you will discuss your progress for the week and make any adjustments if needed. You will have the ability to message me at any point, whether it’s to discuss your progress or just a general query.
Pre & Post Natal
A package designed for clients to achieve their goals via online support. This package will include;
• A start up consultation online to discuss current lifestyle, fitness and nutrition and to create clear steps that will achieve their long term goal whether it be fat loss, to maintain body weight or to gain muscle mass.
• A monthly training program that will be structured in a way to allow both you and myself to monitor progression.
• Daily communication when required for support and advice.
• Access to my Santé Fitness support group on Facebook.
• A monthly nutritional program to compliment your goals.
• Check-ins once a week with follow up advice.
